Sources

pfstools are primarily distributed as source code. They have been tested to compile under various distributions of Linux, OS X and cygwin/Windows (given in the order of increasing configuration/compilation problems). Check a platform specific REAME file if you encounter any problems.

Binary packages

Binary packages with pfstools are included in most major Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, Debian, openSUSE, Fedora. You may still want to download and compile the latest sources if you need the matlab interface.
